CloudOnBox is a product of NewTurn Technologies LLC, a Dubai-based Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider. We spend our days helping organisations get more from Microsoft 365 — and we kept seeing the same two gaps.

First, Microsoft 365’s native retention is not a safety net against a determined attacker or a compromised admin. Second, storage costs climb quietly as cold data piles up in SharePoint at premium rates. Both problems have the same answer: an immutable, affordable, sovereign copy of your data that stays one click from restore.

So we built it. CloudOnBox keeps that copy in storage that physically cannot be altered before its retention expires, in the region you choose, governed by your own Microsoft identity — with nothing to install and nothing standing between your people and their files.

We are based in the UAE, and data sovereignty is not a feature we bolted on — it is why we started. Your data can stay in your country, under your control, with residency you can prove to a regulator.
