This Privacy Policy explains how NewTurn Technologies LLC (“NewTurn”, “we”) collects and uses personal data through the CloudOnBox marketing website. It does not describe processing of customer content inside the CloudOnBox product, which is governed by your service agreement and Data Processing Addendum.
What we collect
When you submit the demo or contact form, we collect the details you provide — your name, work email, company, approximate number of Microsoft 365 users, and any message. If analytics is enabled, we collect privacy-friendly, aggregate usage data that does not identify you individually.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a demonstration.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used and improve it.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for automated decision-making.
Lawful basis
We process contact-form data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to a request you initiated, consistent with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and comparable frameworks.
Retention
