CloudOnBox sovereign storage is passed through at cost plus a transparent margin, billed per TB you actually protect. There are no egress fees — restoring your data never costs extra.

Do we need new Microsoft licences?

No. CloudOnBox runs on the Microsoft 365 you already have. There are no per-seat Microsoft add-ons and nothing to install on PCs.

What happens to cold data we archive?

It moves to sovereign storage and leaves a clickable stub in SharePoint. It stays one click from restore — archiving reduces cost, never access.

Can we choose where data is stored?

Yes. You pick the storage region per tenant. UAE customers can keep all protected data inside the UAE.
